Deeply rest the mind and body while being bathed with gentle sounds and vibrations from crystal bowls and guided meditation. Find clarity and set your intentions for the month ahead while you cleanse your internal space.

Leave feeling deeply rested and balanced taking your good intentions into the week ahead.

What to bring

Yoga Mat
A pillow or blanket (get cosy!)
A journal or notebook if you enjoy reflecting after meditation.
