Create a space that feels comfortable and calming —
somewhere you can soften, settle, and tune inward.
THE STILLNESS
Slow down and connect with sound.

THE REFLECTION
In this restful space, reflect on the following journal prompts.
INVITE & ANCHOR WITH SCENT
Connect physically and emotionally with the positive feelings that arise from your intentions.
Use your chosen scent to anchor and associate your memory with these positive feelings.
DAILY RITUAL & CONNECTION
Keep both your written intentions and the scent you connected with somewhere close.
Return to them daily.
