Emotional and physical stress can become trapped in the body. These blockages can sometimes manifest physically and emotionally in our lives.
A Luna Sagrada Reiki session incorporates both sound and Reiki healing to restore and repair an internal balance — encouraging a clear flow of energy through the body.
Taking this time to be still and present quietens a busy mind, grounding you in your body. In a session and beyond, we hope you carry a feeling of grounding, clarity, and deep rest.

REIKI
Reiki is a calming healing practice developed in Japan in the early 1900s, designed to promote relaxation and restore balance to the body and mind.
While seated or lying down, fully clothed, the practitioner channels energy through their hands, hovering just above your body or over energy centres (chakras). This flow clears blockages, allowing energy to move freely and restore harmony.
You may feel a deep sense of relaxation, experience emotional release, or see colours and visions. Heat or other sensations might arise as the energy works.
Each Reiki experience is unique—there's no right or wrong way to feel.
SOUND
Sound is a powerful tool and accompaniment in Reiki, meditation, and healing.
We can experience sound physically through the body via vibration. These physical sensations, created by sound waves, shift your awareness from the busy mind, sending you into a deep meditative state. Here, the vibrations can help further by shifting and clearing energy blockages.
I work with Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls to bring about this experience.
FLOWER ESSENCE
In addition to Reiki and sound, I also work with West Australian Bush Flower Essences within your session.
With their unique and powerful vibrations, these essences help to further support the balance of the emotional and energetic body.
A custom vibrational blend can be made for you to be taken orally or applied topically as needed — continuing to support you beyond your session and bringing an instant and gentle energetic re-balance to the mind and body.
